You get what you pay for and I mean that wholeheartedly. I first started looking for an attorney for a complex custody case that spanned across two states on opposite sides of the country. I called lawyer after lawyer and none of them sat quite right with me. Some were super aggressive, others were unsure of whether they could take on the case, and some could not take my case on such short notice. Then I got ahold of Mr. Austins office and from the first phone call with his paralegal my intuition let me know I had found an honest, logical, and respectable attorney. Mr. Austin does not sugar coat your situation or make any guarantees, but when he says what he thinks will happen it will usually happen just that way. When my child’s parent made it seem like the sky was falling and the world was on fire Mr. Austin was able to show the judge that quite the opposite was happening and that my child remaining primarily with me was the best thing for him. He was consistent in the court room, not obnoxiously aggressive, and didn’t play any dirty tricks which is easily every judges pet peeve. Just do yourself a favor and go here first, the relief on my sons face when I let him know he doesn’t have to leave was worth every single penny I had to get together.
