As a Marine Corps veteran, my husband found himself in some trouble which was primarily driven by mental health challenges. John took the time to understand all aspects of our case from the challenges that arise from military service, to who our family really is and stands for, and he took the time over and over again to explain what our options were. We started in Court in riverside where a prison sentence was our only option, but John found out about Veterans court that is in place to help veterans but still enforce the law. We applied and were accepted into the program and all along, John represented us and helped navigate and keep us headed in the right direction. Jail time, home confinement and therapy helped my husband get back on track and accept his wrong doing and work on getting better and continues to do so every day. Though it was a long and cumbersome process, the support we continued to get from John never wavered. He stood by our side every court date and fought for us when we took a step backwards. We are now in the final stages of probation and rather than just leave us, he continues to check in on his progress and really cares about him as a human being and veteran versus someone who broke the law and just needs a lawyer.

ASK FOR TRENT PACKER, HE IS THEE BEST LAWYER EVER!!!! Was given mr packer as a court appointed attorney a while back and he got me off with just probation .. Hes worth the money!!! Update: I had another charge this time a felony and a misdemeanor. he got the felony dismissed and the misdemeanor was time served (i was only in jail when i got arrested- so 2 days) with no probation and i dont have to pay any fines. i highly suggest going through him hes worth the money and hes just the best out there!!!

I received a Misdemeanor child endangerment charge. First time having issues with the law. I was worried but I met with John Michels He was very reassuring that he would do anything he can to fight the charges at pre file. He kept in touch through out the process and did what he said he was going to do. He caught the charges at pre file and worked with the DA and had the case dismissed without any charges being filed. The Best Attorney in Riverside County. John Michels is truly God sent. The first time I used John was for a family member facing multiple felonies, high-speed chase, drugs, DUI, resisting arrest and having a gun in his possession. Long story short, he had many charges dropped and got him a great deal. I also hired John for my son, who was facing serious charges of attempted murder, and high-speed chase. He was looking at 35 years in prison. The situation of having a loved one incarcerated is always stressful. John assured me he would fight hard, and if I did not sleep, he would not sleep. John kept his word and worked hard to get my son the lowest amount of time. My son will be coming home soon. People look for cheap attorneys, but when facing charges, look for someone who will fight hard for you and someone you can trust that is on your side 100%. I cannot say enough good things about John Michaels and how he has helped me. During my divorce case, I was being charged with domestic violence charges and although they did not stick in the family law courts, the District Attorneys office had started pursuing me in a criminal court. Mr. Michaels was referred to me by a friend, and I am so glad he was and also very thankful that he was able to take my case. He was very upfront with me from day 1, told me everything he intended to do as well as fight with me and for me until the end my case.
