I have 3 separate cases and he can handle all 3. That made me glad to only deal with one person. He answered all my questions with clarity and details. He was able to give me possible outcomes with examples of past cases. That show me that he has dealt with all these things before. I hired him for 2 things and he fixed the 3rd there and then.

I haven't met him yet and he was also a referral from an associate. I agree with the other reviewers comment. He makes you feel at ease with the over the phone consultation and he doesn't start discussing fees or anything. If anything I'm the one that had to ask lol. I am looking forward to meeting him and hope he can turn my custody battle around.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Rick by a well-known colleague of his to help me with a serious family legal issue that was filed in Ventura County. Rick was generous with his time and provided me with a thoughtful and helpful assessment of the situation and my options (for free). He is a distinguished litigator and he is professional and caring about his clients. Rick was the only attorney I reached out to that was focused on helping without any mention of fees and I ended up working with him because of how caring, responsive and knowledgeable of the subject matter and court system he is (even though he is in Riverside he provided very good advice about the court system and DA in Ventura County). I hope I never have any more legal issues but if I did I would not hesitate to work with him or refer friends and family to him!
