I had a bogus charge that an officer filed against me and while it ended up being monetarily costly, the end result was that I was not convicted of it. I can not say if the outcome would have been the same or not if I had an appointed public defender, which is why I trusted Mr. Maline to represent me and he was able to do a great job and have the issue squashed and dismissed..so now that cop can go f.o. and play detective with someone else (to put it mildly).

Hired for criminal defence paid him and many weeks later nothing gained I couldn't of obtained ony own.I also had traffic issues that he was hired to appear on ,instead a legal aid was sent that couldn't do anything .Pre-trial nothin happened except them finding stuff to go forward,then a big You gotta pay me another amount of money for trial readiness?or find another .. What have u been doing all this time before.if u know what mandatory minimum is then save your money cause u can stand alone for free..
