Michael Runkle represented me during the process to have my probation lifted and record expunged. He thoroughly explained every step of the way. I retained Michael at the Seneca Law Group to help expunge two items from my record. One from downtown and another from the South Bay court. At first we believed with would be a slam dunk with regular filing but both courts kicked back the submissions. One of them twice. Even though we had to go a third time and I even went in person, Michael kept the same flat fee as agreed to. Eventually with enhanced letters of submission we were able to successfully expunge both items from my record. I would like to emphasis the number of times Michael had to go to South Bay and Downtown for the submissions. Of course he was tending to other cases at the same time but his determination to get this done at the promised price even though the additional leg work involved was certainly going above and beyond the amount I paid.
