Horrible person.. Look at the other reviews.. She has people post positive reviews for her because she has to try to balance the slime ball she is.

Horrible experience, when I needed help the most. Over charged using new, inexperienced attorneys and calls them her associates. She ran through my 5k retainer and billed for another 10k even though the fee agreement said she will withdraw once initial retainer is exhausted. She missed an ex parte hearing and didn't even notify me. Took a year for me to get back what she lost in orders by ignoring. Check Yelp and other sites for reviews. File a bar complaint if she has done this to you. File small claims case if she took your money unfairly. She knows the law, but uses it to victimize those who need her help.

Denise did a very good job for me got me out form under a lawer that was doing me wrong and am going to try to hire her again i trust her very much got all my stuff done realy fast now i have to hire again never a problem at all did every thing she said she would do and gave me a statment every month so i knew were i was on the money yes she charged for even a stamp bet she was there for me and got the job done thank you denise

DO NOT HIRE THIS PIG!!! My 70 year old father hired her for a divorce after 43 year marriage, she promised to fight for his case. Her “help” consisted of no return calls over charging, not responding to emails, not answering questions, refiling motions because SHE had to reschedule which she charged my father for! Horrible person! DO NOT HIRE HER!! It took over a 3 years and the only way there was a settlement agreement was because my mother and father corresponded to each other! Every document that this firm typed up was wrong in some way so they charged my father for corrections on their mistakes!! She charged my father over $25,000!!! And as I said, she dragged it out and charged every chance she got even for her own errors! The ONLY reason there was ever a settlement agreement is because my parents left HER out of the equation!! Her final bill came August 2017 my father paid it was thought the nightmare of dealing with this disgusting creature was over... but then he started getting bills again this month!! August 2018!! When I called they said “oh we were late filing to withdrawal as attorney for the case so ya you owe us for that too”. ANOTHER $285!! This is a warning!! She’s so lacking in every aspect they took A YEAR to file final documents?!?! A YEAR!! This is not what anyone dealing with the stress and emotional turmoil of a divorce should be forced to deal with. DO NOT HIRE!! PLEASE PLEASE save yourself from this Cesspool of a firm! CROOKS

This women takes your money and doesn't do anything and keeps charging you for non complicate. divorce after 5,000 dollar we hire a legal aid to finish the divorce. She charge us 150.00 dollars to finalize the process. Denise Dirks is still charging us for over 3000 plus late fees every month.She is saying now that She finalize the divorce. We have proof She didnt. She doesn't care about the clients she only cares about the money.Stay away she is the worst person in the world.Please be careful.....She has no mercy for no one.
