Andrew was a pleasure to work with in my probate and related civil matters. He consistently maintained a firm grasp on all of the hundreds of fine details of both inter-related cases and many times came up with fresh perspectives from seemingly benign facts and from those, he would create new litigation strategies. Throughout my two cases, he often relayed his predictions of what opposing counsel, witnesses and the bench were going to do or say and his instincts were often dead-on. His use of these perspectives often shaped the course of our litigation plans, including positively influencing the lead counsel’s strategies. During the civil trial, lead counsel had hit an impasse with the bench and Andrew was able to provide him with legal language to effectively move forward. If we happened to hit a negative milestone or disappointing ruling, Andrew remained steadfast in pursuit of my goals as well as remained upbeat and optimistic.
