I was referred by a coworker who was too ignorant to know he got played. Paul did not disclose certain charges on my ER bill that were completely unknown to me until he started negotiating with his buddies at Geico and even then did not explain or clarify what said charges were until I complained. If I ever end up in this situation again I will be going to his direct competitor and I will send everyone I know to his competitors until I am no longer breathing. Go to Anh Phoong at least she and her team will disclose everything without being questioned after negotiations take place.
