These guys did NOTHING for my case. I had 2 different doctors saying I was in need of surgery and workmans comp insurance kept denying their request, the doctors told me that it is up to my attorney to fight for it. I made the request several times to SAM and he NEVER ONCE even attempted to fight for my surgery. When I demanded he do something as my attorney to help me get the medical attention I needed, he all but stopped returning my phone calls and I was getting a major attitude from the secretary from then on. All he did was go thru the motions and when all was done and said, I got NO SETTLEMENT because every dime that was paid to me over the 2 years or so had to be ALL PAID BACK and all I was left with was my FUTURE MEDICAL that I had no choice but to cash out because I was now out of work and over my head in debt. Sam had sold me on his b.s. of having been in my shoes himself and he was going to make sure I was taken care of...... What a load of crap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM unlees you enjoy throwing your $$$$$ and your health away, because they WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU.

Waste of time This firm Has nothing but crooks working here don't bring your case here I lost my Vision. these Crooks can't settle my case. plus they only help white people .My (white)Friend got his settlement in like weeks. Plus there whole team is nothing but Handicaps. White power people. So Stay Away from them the website is a fraud site plus your computer might get a virus. if you go on there site.
