David Goldsmith took care of me with all the troubles I had with my 2016 Chevy Silverado truck. I had returned my truck to the dealer several times with the hard shifting in my transmission. Finding a right attorney to help you is very important, especially when I was dealing with a lemon from a big auto company. I was lucky to find David Goldsmith from research on the internet. He was responsive from the start and thorough in his explanations on phone calls. After providing some paperwork and repair records through email, David took over for the whole process. As expected, the giant auto company’s big time attorney was tough to deal with, according to David. It took longer than six months, the usual time, to get the result, but David finally struck a deal with the defense attorney to buy back my car.
