Kevin Kensik is the worst lawyer I’ve personally ever come across and I was married to a lawyer and I worked in the legal field for many, many years. Mr. Kensik failed to file proper documents, motions, pleadings and briefs on my behalf. He didn’t return my phone calls for 9 months until the day before my trial - for which he didn’t prepare. He failed to properly communicate court appearances. I gave him so many chances - I even drafted my own pleadings. I don’t think he knows how to do law and motion. I had to do it and show him. I had to do my own research and was able to prove him wrong about his advice and opinions on my case on several occasions. When I got second opinions from other lawyers about his advice and did research to show him he was incorrect, he would blame me for running up his fees. No apology, no results, didn’t care about me, threaten to withdraw and lien my case when he got caught being incompetent. Said he didn’t do things he should have done because he was afraid he wouldn’t be paid. I don’t believe he read any of my emails bc he routinely failed to properly respond to any question. I would never recommend Kevin Kensik on any case. It’s been two years of me pushing my case and him resisting. I have had no results. Now my trial is coming up again (because it was continued due to him blowing deadlines) and nothing is done for trial preparation even for my upcoming continued trial after he failed the first one!

Mr. Capozzola's outstanding representation is in an entirely different league than any criminal defense attorney's services I have ever seen, experienced, read or heard of. As a former client the only drawback having Mr. Capozzola as counsel is that no other attorneys function in even a remote comparison, ability -wise... Mr. Capozzola : The Best. period.

The fact that some client who actually received a successful outcome of a case would post a ridiculous negative comment about one of the most successful , ethical, and honest attorneys, who ever set foot in a courtroom is unfortunate. I am also certain that the many indigent clients he has represented for no fee would also take umbrage at such an unfounded ,defamatory statement written about one the most ethical , successful attorneys that ever practiced law in this state or any other jurisdiction. Mr. Capozzola quoted a price to me in writing. I paid half up front and owed the rest in a matter of weeks. The nature of my case changed and when it looked like it wouldn't require as much work and we might win with just a hearing and no court case he called me and said he would refund half of my fees since we weren't going to an arraignment or trial. He offered this because my husband went ballistic that we were going to pay for services he wasn't providing. He requested and pressed me to send him the remaining fees owed, but assured me that he would never lie to me or dupe me and that we would get our money back because he didn't want a complaint from me with the State Bar. Once my case was completed without going to an arraignment or trial he refused to honor what he told me and claimed he never said he would give a refund. Get everything in writing and don't trust that he'll deal with you honorably. BEWARE
