Ford failed to repair my vehicle after 4 attempts I called David unknowing if I had a case due to the matter. My mother started the process for a lemon law. She passed away June of 2020. They attempted to reach her and they finally got to me, I explained the situation and they were sympathetic and understanding by giving me some time to process and see if I wanted to proceed forward where my mother left off.
