So first I posted the truth then I spoke to one of the head guys who said it wasn't nice and that if I changed my review they would waive my charges since we had to go all the way to court with a lawyer I didn't know, I retrieved all the medical records for the last 20 something years, they got one medical record from one hospital, I did all the legwork for records from Cal pers, they got to call me and tell me I was denied again, hiv+ since 86, neuropathy, anxiety, depression, the list is three pages long, no computers in Rocklin office, they are just ssi, ssdi, scammers. I'll post more later, good luck finding a lawyer who isn't scum sucking gutter trash. So I was called the other day and the lady tried explaining that the lawyer said he was only waiving the $75.00 for getting the records from the hospital they got records from, I record all phone calls for personal reasons, I played it back and that's not at all what he said and for a lawyer to ask me to amend my first review in the first place sounds like black male (sp?) In order for them to waive the fee for representing me. I didn't even get retroactive pay!!

Stephen is great! he is currently working on my mothers case and has been nothing but helpful. She was so stressed about what has been going on and he has completely been taking care of everything. Very much appreciated so much stress has been lifted off our shoulders:)

He took $5k from me and did nothing. We had agreed to a strategy, he made many promises, but he did not even take the first step to substitute in as my attorney. He does not return calls; he has provided no billing record nor any proof of any work performed. He has severely worsened our case by not meeting deadlines when we were counting on him. I want to give him negative 5 stars. He needs to refund my money NOW.
