I was rear ended while driving home and sustained a back injury. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had just lost my father by an unexpected illness and was named the trustee of his estate my emotions were fresh and discord was alive and well within the family unit left behind. The Sterling Law Group was beyond professional and understanding during this difficult time. The firm was knowledgeable, patient, organized. They took the time to explain what my role was as trustee so that I could make fair and just decisions as outlined in his trust. In our family's particular case the statute of limitations had run out to contest the trust but in lieu of events that occurred during my fathers illness the firm felt there was a good chance we/I could still contest (not to mention there was an added layer of complexity as CA and TX law needed to be considered). We did, it was a long, painful process but one that was necessary and in the end we were all able to reach a settlement fair and just for all involved. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgeable about how the case would pan out. He gave me realistic input and let me know the case would take a while (almost 1 year).
