When I decided to venture on my own to start my contracting business, Ryan Wright explained the types of legal business structures available in CA in terms I could easily understand. After learning about all the pros and cons of the types of legal business structure and the liabilities that came with starting my own business I comfortably made the decision to start my business. Ryan and team assisted with setting up the company, filing for tax and employer identification documents and applying for required licenses and permits.
