I reached out to two other real estate lawyers looking for legal counsel regarding a home I purchased, and trying to remove someone from the title/deed. The two other real estate lawyers I reached out to either never got back to me, or said my case isn't something they would take on. Jamil got back to me promptly saying he'll be glad to assist me. The initial 1 hour consultation was very productive. No time wasted. By the end of the consultation, Jamil had a good understanding of my situation, knew exactly where to look in the documents I provided, and already drafted up a settlement agreement to send to the other party. Within just a matter of a week (with some back and forth between my lawyer and the other party) we were to get the other party to sign a quit claim deed for my property. Issue resolved.
