Gave their office a call 3 times today before a live person answered the phone. When one finally did, I asked for an attorney to review a will for a large family estate and the lady I spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive. She asked if there was a dispute, to which I clearly stated there was not. I tried to provide more detail but she dismissed me entirely and said I needed a litigation attorney, not an estate attorney. Shen then told me to call back MetLife by which I was referred, tell them it’s a disputed will, then call Wade Law again and ask for the right type of lawyer. How does a serious law firm have someone like that answering their phone? I hope they record their calls because that lady should be fired. Lastly, based on additional research and reviews, it appears Wade Law is attempting to manipulate the MetLife legal services program for larger litigation fees while rendering basic estate services. I’m in no way going to be party to Wade Law gaming MetLife’s benefit program and I will be reporting my experience to their quality team.

Wade Law walked us through the process of establishing a Trust and Will and was prepared to answer the simplest to the most complex questions.

He was referred to me by my employer as part of a legal benefit plan so it always seemed like he was doing the least possible effort. He did not file paperwork related to my mother’s will in a timely fashion. This led to us having to find another attorney. Because of the delay, the other party filed to contest the will, which is still being dragged through court years later. To be fair we told him that it would be an uncontested estate, but it still was no excuse for him to miss filing deadlines.

We reside a distance from the firm and all of the documents were completed utilizing telephone, the internet, and overnight carriers. The process and communication exceeded our expectations.
