Litigating family trusts is obviously difficult as it involves long-standing resentments which are unlikely to be resolved without intervention. David Wade understands this and handles these problems delicately but also with the utmost professionalism. What I appreciated most about his approach was the empathy with which he responded to my concerns and experiences, while simultaneously taking a stance of logic and reason. This is an exceptionally difficult balance to strike, but Mr. Wade does it expertly. He also never disparaged the other side and was careful to stick to the facts. Resolution of my case took over 2 years and Mr. Wade was pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire time. The end result was much more favorable than I would have expected had we not resorted to litigation. For anyone who is concerned about the execution of a trust or just has questions about their rights, I would strongly suggest contacting Wade Law Offices. It is better to have them review the specifics of your case than to wait and worry and hope that it will all work out in the end. I give them my highest recommendation because I truly can't imagine anyone else having handled our case with more tact, common sense, and competence.
