Sadly, not long after buying my luxury SUV, it had an issue with its airbags. Patrea was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 was in the dealership literally every 2 weeks. On top of that I had to take it all the way to El Dorado Hills from Sacramento because the Mercedes of Sacramento told me if I was so unhappy to go back to my Honda and they refused to do any repairs. After reaching out to Patrea she got them to take the vehicle back within a very timely manner and refund me all of my payments without any out of pocket costs to me.
