I was involved in a prolonged arbitration with Tesla. Although my car had multiple issues Tesla was unyielding on doing the right thing. Ms.Bullock was knowledgeable and able to navigate the process skillfully from the initial letter/filing, inspection, multiple communications with Tesla, obtaining an expert witness, doing deposition of Tesla witnesses and preparing me when Tesla’s attorneys took my deposition. She always returned my calls, text, and emails almost immediately or within minutes. I always felt that I had a fried on my side helping me fight Tesla. Tesla decided to fight this all the way through arbitration with 2 expert witnesses and two attorneys. Ms.Bullock was able to put a detailed case together and as a result we had a very favorable outcome. I would highly recommend Ms. Bullock as your attorney if you have a lemon law complaint.

Very friendly and helpful, fought hard to get the full refund for my Mustang and was effortless on my part. Stayed in contact through the entire process and always advised us on the best course of action. I ended up getting the whole amount originally paid minus a small amount of depreciation based on the mileage. I received the check and am now in my new vehicle thanks to her help.
