I signed with this firm back in June of 2023. I had already filed my divorce papers and I had shared all of the financial documents with their office. Of course after months of not doing anything, the $5000 retainer was gone without a single filing or motion. After months of calling to check status, I finally was able to schedule one meeting with them in September. Obviously, my case was not a priority and there was no strategy for going forward. Ifired them the next day. McCoy Fatula was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. With my new counsel, 4 filings and the end is in sight. Divorce is difficult. They made it worse.

**Update, Who can "absolutely love" a law firm? - it's clear Fatula solicits insincere reviews* This firm has no regard for child well being. Rather than encouraging their client to demonstrate cooperative co-parenting behavior, they encourage antagonistic behavior, in an effort to get a reaction out of me to use in court... and it’s really just affecting the kids, as they come back to be with signs of emotional trauma. Their low level liar, Caleb Hill, committed to providing me background checks of his clients roommates and setting up Soberlink, which my ex agreed to. Rather than doing what he said he would, he intentionally disregards my requests, passive aggressively responding with BS answers and ensuring my concerns remain unresolved. That being said, if you want to attack your ex-significant-other than this company may be for you, there is nothing below them. Just remember the "Respectfully," in their email signature, really means “Thanks for your money and blank you” Not sure why this doesn't display on Google. Adding this so if Flagged, Google reviews and reconsiders this, it will be drowned out by the other 17, 5 star non-fake reviews...
