Lisa is wonderful! She looked over our estate planning and will/ttust. She is very thorough, took her time to look through everything. She took the time to ask my husband and I questions that were necessary. She was available to talk via phone and even available for text message if we had questions and replied always. Horrible customer service. This office does not return phone calls nor responds to emails. A man answers the phone (after 4 prior calls over 2.5 weeks), and does not identify himself. He is rude. Who knows who you are speaking to. Without getting full details of potential case, he just cuts you off and says the office cannot deal with it. Don't bother with this place. Move on to the next one.
