My experience with Penny and Associates was beyond great, I'm very satisfied with how much they have done for me. My lawyer was Robert Brannen and let me say he's so passionate about his work as far as being a great lawyer, i went in there looking to get help due to a car accident i had got into and was super stressed out. Rob basically told me not to stress he's going to take care of everything. My case was very tricky and I'm very happy to say he took my case on. what more can i say about Robert besides the fact he's a great lawyer!

I was recommend to talk to a PI Attoney about our son's accident before settling on behalf of our son. Fred Penney called me personally within a few hours of my message. He listened to our story and my concerns about the public safety of the hose lines on the School Bus. He then suggested and pointed me in the direction to file my complaint for Public Safey and awareness of the bus. He explained what was in the best interest of our family, which was not to hire an Attoney. Who say's that these days? He also gave me some valuable information about time filings (6 months after our accident) to settle our claim for out of pocket expenses with the school district.
