Glad I came to this company for my needs. After speaking with Brian on Linkedin, I was convinced that he and his company would be a good fit for facilitating an owner purchase agreement for a commercial lease that I had put together. There were a few caveats however with the buyer and the seller financing aspects of it that I wanted to make sure I got done correctly. Would recommend them for any real estate deals or legal work.

These attorneys mean business. I had to hire them for my dad and his partner because they have tenants in a complex that haven't paid their rent all throughout Covid. My dad is such a great landlord and has given these 2 tenants so much leave way. But they haven't even cared to try and apply for all the programs that were offered.
