Pros
1
Passionate and dedicated attorney who cares about clients and their cases
“I could tell that she was very passionate about her job and unlike a public defender who in my opinion isnt phased a bit what the outcome is for their client because they are going to get paid either way and with as many cases as they have they dont put as much time or energy into looking into every aspect they possibly could about each clients case as they should because the outcome of each case just doesnt make a difference to them.”
2
Attentive to details and thorough in building a strong case
“Danielle is different, she cares about her clients and puts her heart into fighting for her clients freedom and actually takes the time to find out every possible detail about their case so that she knows the best way to go about getting the best possible outcome for her clients.”
3
Effective negotiator and advocate in the courtroom
“The District Attorney rarely goes against what the Probation Department recommends but I asked Danielle to please do her best to try to get me out because I really wasn't doing well in there and I'm just not the type of person who can handle being in jail. She promised that she would do her best but for me not to get my hopes up because the chances of me getting released that day were very slim and to just be mentally prepared to be in there for at the very least another week. So when I finally got called up to court about 2 hours later I really thought that there was no chance I was getting out so when I heard her say that the DA agreed to release me on home confinement I just couldnt believe it and actually started crying and kept telling her thank you so much.”
4
Knowledgeable and respected in the local legal community
“Barry basically runs the courtroom in Placer County. My husband was facing multiple felonies due to his mental illness and being in an active psychosis while the situation concerned. He was facing many years in prison but Barry won the mental health diversion hearing (1001.36). He was always honest with us about the potentials risks and outcomes but his confidence in the courtroom is like nothing I have ever seen.”
5
Provides excellent communication and client service
“Amber was responsive and informative. Whenever I needed answers she was on top of my case at all times.”
Cons
1
Occasionally slow to return client calls or emails
“So far, I really appreciate everything Danielle has done for me! Except for calling me back... she hasn't done that yet.”
2
Some clients had negative experiences with other lawyers in the firm
“6 months into my case told me he would no longer represent me in my case. I thought that was Very unprofessional for someone that's been in the business as long as he has been.”
