We are considering Patricia as our mediator. She comes highly recommended from our attorneys and other well respected lawyers. Patricia was/is very clear about what the courts will find and communicates that concisely to both parties. As with all negotiations you are going to hear things you don't like. You are going to say things others don't like. Patricia did a good job at both and listening not only to your words but trying to determine the root cause of the discussion. For me it was about a ballpark monthly cost. But I was getting bogged down in the minutia of percentage of care time. Instead of diminishing me she asked questions and explained the laws. I left the meeting feeling much better about my future.

I literally demolished Patricia years ago in my child custody court hearing against my ex husband. She represented him. I represented myself. Patricia was his third Attorney he hired. It was and remains one of my greatest accomplishments to date. In review of Mrs. Clark, I’d say she’s a very nice lady.. and lucky for me (hence the 5 stars) did little research when she took my ex husband on as a client. He lies, she believed him. All I had to do was say no….no….and no… oh and no again. She offered a sub- par amount to settle his arrears in back child support and propositioned me with “isn’t this a fair settlement?” I told her absolutely not, I will win every last dime he owes me, and I did. We went in front of the judge and I was granted everything he owed. It was an EASY WIN. A few months later I saw her at Starbucks and she was very nice. I was also nice because what more do I have to prove, I won my case for my kids. Thank you Patricia

We have had a paid consultation with Emily Seki- we are a Florida family in a custody dispute with a Californian. We are giving Emily 5 stars. We have met with 6 attorneys in the Roseville area in the two weeks prior to speaking to Emily- to whom we were referred by other law firms because of the complexity of our case. I wish I had Patricia Clark as my divorce attorney 13 years ago. It would have been very different outcome for sure. With current information, a meeting with my ex-wife and one email, the scheduled court appearance was cancelled, an agreement made and my alimony is done! I was looking at a lifetime of alimony payments. Great staff as well. Very communicative and I got the unused portion of the retainer back. Future results may not be indicative of past performance but I give Patricia 5 stars and recommend her highly.

Receptionist said I couldn't talk to the attorney, had to talk to her paralegal. Paralegal said she couldn't give advice, and attorney was not scheduling appointments for more than a month in advance. Both women I spoke seemed to be annoyed to be taking the call. I was referred to this attorney by a law service. Why do you take referrals if you can't give advice for more than a month and do not want to help people?

I would highly recommend Patricia Clark. I used her as my attorney during my divorce. She talked with me for over an hour when I first hired her. What I really like was the fact that she gathered every bit of information about assets acquired over a long term marriage in our discussions. I had a lot of paperwork I had to provide as well. She is very knowledgable about what California law requires to be paid back in regards to inheritance issues. When she had all the facts, she presented me with a plan on how we would proceed with the opposing counsel. To my relief, with her knowledge I did not have to pay back any funds of what I thought I would have. I received 50% of the proceeds of the sale of my house. With a divorce that started out with unfairness and my realization that I needed an attorney for my protection I'm very glad I hired Patricia she made sure I received fairness. That was all I wanted in my divorce. Patricia is well worth the cost of her services. She will not rake anyone over the financial coals as the first attorney I hired did and then I fired. Patricia gets five stars from me. I have referred her to a few people who need a good divorce attorney.

I had what some would call a very ugly divorce. Patricia helped me in many ways. She helped keep me organized, on task, and consistently offered sound council.
