Had a speeding ticket 30 MPH over… Attorney Goss, put his best foot forward and got my ticket completely dismissed even though the officer was being difficult. Took two case hearings. These guys have really gone the extra mile for me. My case is still pending, but I have been so pleased with their work that I'm writing this review even before it's done. I have been in terrible, lingering pain and unable to perform some daily tasks and recreational-exercise due to the pain. I have been through acupuncture, massage therapy, injections, physical therapy and sent for consults. I suffer from neck, shoulder and arm pain that I feel on a daily basis. Dave and his team deliver top quality service and are trustworthy! I have never needed an attorney before and he and his team handled my case with care, empathy and professionalism. I hired Douglas to handle a minor traffic ticket I had received and he completely failed to handle my case. Over the months I made multiple attempts to get in contact with Douglas with only a single phone call ever getting through. He had assured me that he was handling the case and that I did not need to respond to any of the notices from the court or attend any court dates. Over four months had passed since Douglas had taken the case and I am still unable to get in contact with him. The fines had now approximately tripled I had gained a failure to appear and the court was threatening to suspend my license if I did not pay the fine by the deadline. I need my license for work and losing my job is not an option to avoid a traffic ticket. I payed the fine and will now be paying the additional insurance costs until the point is removed from my license. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this firm.
