Mr Roope was excellent in helping me out with my case and helping me out a lot by keeps me in tocuh

Let me start off by saying Mr Roope is an AMAZING attorney, I was first in trouble for assault with a deadly weapon, and felony vandalism close to a year ago, which was also my first time ever being in legal trouble, and it took most a year, but as of this week he officially got my case DROPPED! He assured me when this all first started at my first court date with him that he would handle it and it would be dropped, and even when I missed a court date (resulting in a felony no bail warrant) due to me having no babysitter, HE WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE THE JUDGE TO RESCHEDULE MY COURT DATE ON MY BIRTHDAY. I know resin like that are not always the case, but he put a lot of effort in and has the confidence to keep a client comfortable about their case. I was looking at 4 years for each, a $10,000 fine, parole for 3 years, and never being able to own a gun, or license again considering I would be a felon. Me Roope amazingly got my case dismissed, when I was honestly worried about having to go to jail or be in some type of trouble, so in my opuses is the best lawyer I could have possibly asked for. Thank you again Mr Roope!! I total spent 4 days in jail, the day I got charged with the crimes, which I could have spent months/years if convicted. Highly highly recommend Mr Roope for all criminal matters!

Although I did not use Mr Vega's services personally.... a client of mine (obviously to remain nameless here) needed representation. I worked with Mr Vega (he was a past client) and recommended his firm. The response that I received after the fact was all extremely positive. From the representation to the cost. I've never really had much faith in whoever it was I found appointed to my defense by Sacramento County. I thought for sure I was gunna be led through this last case I was fighting, blindly, and without much help/or explanation when it came down to what was actually going on. Luckily, I had Byron on my side, and I ended up with a better deal than I ever could have expected. Thanks again, Mr. Roope, for everything that you did. I appreciate all that you do.

Right after I finished paying Mr Vega, I had court date and he never showed up. He didn’t even bother letting me know before or while I was in court that he was not gonna be there. I replaced him afterwards. A very incompetent lawyer who lacks empathy and professionalism. He only calls or receive calls if money is involved. My case is still pending. Not convicted yet. I’m not bitter at Mr Vega. I just believe he can be more successful being a car salesman rather than practicing law. I don’t know in what way he can deny or try to twist this review to his advantage.

Byron Roope was an exceptional choice for an attorney. There was multiple areas of expertise that he demonstrated while handling our cases and this decision yielded us many of the results we sought after. I would use and recommend Byron again, but I hope I won't ever need to!
