Ms. Bellante is the best defense attorney I could have ever hoped for. I was facing a borderline DUI and she was able to win the DMV hearing and prove that it was within a margin of error and kept my license active as I dealt with the process. Once I locked in with Ms. Bellante I haven't been stressed as she is very organized and knowledgeable. Highly recommend as she actually cares about her clients unlike the feeling I got from many of the other attorneys I considered. Amber was a saving grace for me! I actually already had a previous attorney who wasn’t getting anywhere or making any progress on my case when I hired Amber. My previous attorney had been working on my case for approximately 10 months and when Amber came in, she was able to get my sentencing reduced (no jail time in Placer County on a second offense) with the DA and close the case within less than 2 months. She's an amazing lawyer! Really cares about you & the case itself, got a reduced sentence for 8 days less for an accident and high BAC. and the fines reduced to hardly any. Definitely would recommend her!
