I came to Gilbert hoping to get my case dismissed as a best case scenario. He assured me that he will try his best to make this happen and he did exactly that. No regret by hiring him and this was the best decision I made regarding my case. He worked his magic and now I have my case dismissed.

Wow there is so much good I can say about Mr. Vega, everything from knowledge, to the way he presents and dedicates himself to any needs you may have lawfully. Such a sincere genuine gentleman that makes it easy to talk to about your case or needs. Anytime I need him or have any questions he always has an answer and will always take the time to go into depth on explaining, and I assure you he always gives his best advice. Also if there is not a case he can not handle he will always point you in the right direction so there almost is no such thing as not getting assistance from him! I retained Benjamin to represent me for a DUI with a refusal, which includes a DMV hearing. Before the hearing he gave me the whole rundown and what to expect. During the hearing Benjamin really fought for me and destroyed the cops' testimony, proving they falsified a portion of the report.
