Within only a few minutes, he responded with a very honest, helpful, and insightful response. He was willing to give me some solid advice on my situation (related to credit card debt and credit reporting), and even let me know that it was probably not cost effective to retain the services of a lawyer under my circumstances. Hello, Ive used Matthew Eason for two different legal issues.Each time was quick and i got the results I wanted.I cant put into words how great I think he is.Not only did he get the results I wanted but he was also very kind unlike other attorneys.Matthew Eason is the only attorney i will use in the future.Hes just the best!!!

I decided to call Eason & Tambornini after I saw their many positive reviews on Yelp and Google. I must say that I am very disappointed with the level of customer service by part of their front desk person. In February, I had made an appointment for a phone consultation and took the time off for it. On the day of my appointment, I never recieved the call from the attorney as I was told by a young woman names Melia. I waited about 10 minutes before calling to find out why I hadnt heard from the attorney only to find out that I was never even on the calendar! I thought it was understandable and mistakes happen so I call again in March to schedule another appt and requested a phone consult just like the last time since I work in Rocklin during the week. I was told by Melia tha she would have to check with the attorney if a phone consult was acceptable. She said she would call me back that day to confirm but never did. I, myself, am a Paralegal at a law firm and find this very disturbing.
