Tom has been excellent through this entire process. He is always responsive, supportive, and explains things clearly. He is quick to answer questions and put your mind at ease with anything you’re struggling with. His prices fit the situation and I truly think he does this to help people. I’d recommend him 10/10. The Underwood Law Firm is my go-to for anything Real Estate Partition related. As a Realtor, I find they are very informational and helpful. They are the solution to many home owners who don't even know they need them. Heck, us Realtors didn't even know about the value this Law Firm provides. I have personally referred home owners who would like to sell their home but their partner does not. Do yourself a favor and reach out to them. Also, maybe google what a Real Estate Partion is as many do not know it's an option. ;-)

From the very first call Tom was fantastic. He was able to calmly explain a very scary situation to me and lay out a game plan. There were no surprises throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient with every question that I asked and was very responsive. I highly recommend setting up a phone call with Tom at a minimum if you are thinking about filing.
