I have a busy and most unusual daytime schedule to receive returned phone calls from anybody. The legal assistant Alexis never gave up and I can't explain how important it was. Thanks to her dedication and knowledge in what she does, my wife and I felt confidant we made contact with a legal team that was the right choice. She was the last of four assistants we talked with, but # 1 because she took the time to listen, explain, inform, and let as ask all the questions we had.

I have been getting brushed off by every Law Firm I have called. Today I spoke with Garrett at Mosley Collins. He took the time to listen to me, he then explained why my case is not one that is feasible for a Med Malpractrice Firm to take. I completely understand now! He then went the extra mile and duscussed options I do have. He gathered the information and emailed it to me. Words can't express the gratitude I feel!
