Speaking with represenatives or assistants about the incident of concern can be so heart wrenching when trying to obtain a lawyer.However i was able to hold a conversation about the events that took place without getting emotional because Alexis was so pleasant and helpful. Though the encounter was over phone her personality and compassion showed. Her concern and willingness to assist in anyway she can is something i will forever be grateful for. Thank you Alexis💜I hope to be back in contact soon
