My Mother was placed in a Nursing Facility in the summer of 2013 and unfortunately, her living conditions and treatment within the Nursing Facility was horrible. After my Mom death, our family decided to seek legal counsel to find out if any legal action could be filed against, the Nursing Facility for what we believed was elder abuse and neglect. When Sean took my case he took time to talk to me about my mother, my case and my feelings. I would recommend Sean Laird for the following reasons; First of all he achieved a very successful result in my case. Two other attorneys turned down the case because they thought it would not receive a positive result. He is very good at the discovery aspect of the legal process. He is patient and will go over complex legal processes with you. You feel at ease with him because he is generally friendly and he evokes trust, because he also presents an image of being a family man. But when he is pursuing your legal interests he is all business and very firm. But, at the same time has the ability to negoiate in a cordial and friendly manner with his opponents. In 2012 it became necessary for our family to place our son into a Residential Treatment Program which specialized in mental health treatment for children in crisis.
