My five stars go to Tina! She was super helpful even off the clock and on her maternity leave! She was super attentive to our needs at all times! We called the Sacramento office and the worker named ruby or Esmeralda honestly I can’t remember but it was jewel name but anyways she had answered and was bothered by my questions and stated she didn’t have time to waste on a client that wasn’t hers and before she could transfer my call to receptionist I bluntly hear her say bad words and say como chingan!!! This is really sad for Wilson to hire these types of people and when we called Tina ON HER MATERNITY LEAVE she helped us get the answers we needed! Let’s just say I’ll be taking my business else where now that we got the approval notice. Too bad Wilson will not let his good employees work from home but will allow the out of the country employees be remote….. seems a bit sketchy…. Not to mention I was with a case manager who didn’t do anything to case until Tina was hired and Joana introduced us. Very sweet ladies both joana and Tina. Wilson is lucky to at least still have Joana.
