I was terrified to go through this process, I was shaking at my first appointment. Being a single mom had taken its toll on me financially. But after meetings with Rick and his team I felt confidante. This was not a big deal and my life wasn’t over afterwards. I didn’t feel ashamed or negative. I just took a step back followed a few simple instructions and asked questions when necessary. Ricks team was quick to respond at any time of day, they fully answered all my questions, and gave me the reassurance I needed to put my mind at ease. I am so grateful for this firm in my journey to a better life.
