It was a pleasure working with attorney Brian Russ. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared to make our interactions a positive experience. He was also comprehensive in his work and efficient as well. He did his best to make sure the work he did was completed in a timely manner. He helped me to file 3 trademark applications and provided trademark support for my business. On all occasions he had the trademark applications completed and filed the same day that I asked for them. This was very important to me as I discovered that the text/logo are not protected until the application is officially filed. He even helped me on one occasion while he was out of his office for the week. I highly recommend working with him!

Highly recommend Brian! So easy to work with! He returns calls almost immediately, texting was a great convenient option as well! He always followed up with me and was very quick! He caught so many changes in a contract he was reviewing for me which definitely saved me! Talking with him feels personal like talking to a friend!

Compared with many attorneys out there, Brian is very good value for money. Because he is a trademark specialist, I think he saves time (and therefore money) as he has seen and done it before, and knows from experience what the right course of action should be. Amazing experience working with Yasha! He gives attorneys a good name. He was more than gracious with his time in helping me with an issue with my landlord. I paid $40 for a 15 min phone consultation for my diminished value claim. Even though he and I both agreed that I had a case, he didn’t want to help because it was “too much work for him”. He was also rude and clueless about how DV works. He didn’t understand that a vehicle does not need to be fully repaired for DV to exist. He also didn’t understand why I sent a subrogation letter out the insurance when this was recommended by two different attorneys that specialize in these cases. He seemed more empathetic with the insurance companies. This guy is a scammer. Just out to collect $40.
