Bart was amazing and extremely helpful. He was able to provide me with the information that I needed so that I could take my grievance against a local hospital, that neglected to appropriately treat an autistic child, forward.

Even though it wasn't a case they could handle and they weren't going to make any money off of it they did tell me what steps I needed to do to pursue on my own five stars for me couldn't even get any other office to do that
