Chris Wohl represented me on several cases launched by one person. These different lawsuits ended up taking a long time to finish (years) due to the other person and their lawyer purposely dragging their feet. Chris through the entire process was supportive, proactive and in constant communication with me as to what was going on with the each case as well as giving me guidance to my fully understanding the nuances of the cases. Chris took time to assuage my fears and concerns that crept up from time to time putting things into proper context for me so that I was not overwhelmed with the burdensome stress that comes with my being sued. The case that Chris and his firm PKWH worked on involved a former employee who tried suing me on various counts, trying to not only to win money but cause damages in my professional as well as personal life. Out of the litigation many new facets emerged that were not necessarily involving employment law. These new facets were imagined/created by the staff person to try to enhance their cases against me in an attempt to get a large sum of money from my company. Chris tackled these issues with the vigorous tenacity that he showed in the initial cases to my esteemed gratification. His negotiating skills during arbitration were matched only by his knowledge of the applicable laws and ability to apply said knowledge. While Chris will not promise a win when taking a case, the representation that he provided was the best of the best and win or lose, he would be in there fighting for me to the very end. During the various parts of the litigation he never once let me down in terms of his communication, representation and commitment to my case and in fact I feel that he went above and beyond what I expected. In court, Chris continued his demonstrated professionalism in what was an emotionally exhaustive time for me. While being supportive of me he also was right there with words of encouragement that I needed at times just to get through the trial day. His courtroom aptitude was professional and straight forward. He has an obvious comfort in the court room that is heightened by his prudent abilities when speaking to the various persons during the court sessions. I am glad to say that the case did result in my winning. Although I hope to never have to go to court again in my life, I am happy and extremely satisfied with the representation that I received from Chris Wohl.

As someone who is required to spend inordinate sums of money on legal due to the industry I am involved in, in both transactional and litigation expenses, C. Wohl at PKWH has been the first attorney I have worked with that consistently arrives at predetermined milestones under-budget. I have worked with countless attorneys that will budget a task with a $25,000 variance and still bill 20% above the high estimate. This is not the case with PKWH. I feel that the integrity of the firm is superior to any other group I have worked with, in both quality of work and billing practices. PKWH was very clear about defining my expectations upon engaging them and they have accomplished my goals without pushing unneeded services throughout the process. I am also especially impressed with Wohl's approach to depositions, in that his seemingly overly-calm approach to questioning yielded unprecedented results. If you are looking for a fair, yet extremely effective litigation attorney, look no further. PKWH has earned my loyalty for all of my legal needs.

Chris has a creative and aggressive litigation style and has an extraordinary record of success in litigated matters. He is a fabulous trial lawyer in every sense of the word and is extremely smart and talented in depositions and hearings. As a client as well as in house counsel, I can say that Chris is extremely talented at questioning witnesses and has a great eye for tactics. Chris did an excellent job on my behalf in what I believe was a very complicated matter with an extraordinary number of documents that needed succinct review. Chris kept me well informed throughout every step of the process, including a number of depositions of the parties in which I did not attend, and in the end, reached a conclusion of our litigation for which I was most pleased--which was not solely about dollars, but rather things more important than dollars, i.e.; honor and accountability. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone--and in fact already have.

Being new to California, Rudy was referred to me by a highly-respected Employment & Labor attorney from outside the Sacramento region. She said, "Rudy's your guy. "You have a believable story. Sympathetic, friendly, analytical, and most importantly, effective. Highly effective. These are simply a few words I would use to describe Mr. Delson as my lawyer. I had spent more years than I care to remember, giving everything I had to an employer I imagined staying with for the rest of my career. Then, in an instant, it was all gone. I was destroyed. I needed to hold my employer accountable but had no legal resources to turn to. Then I found Mr. Delson via Avvo. Knows the rules of the game, very insightful and with a work ethic beyond compare (she was at a July 4th celebration with her family working on my company's transaction via phone and laptop as it was international and where I was doing the deal didn't give a flying 's*&t' about America's Independence Day and wanted it done.)
