Discharged! 🎉 I spent 2 years working with another attorney and a was misguided, ill-informed and frankly, scared the entire time. Then, I found Amberg Harvey. Tom was a godsend! He made the process so incredibly simple and straightforward. He was available (didn’t have to be shuffled through 17 assistants to get to him) patient, answered every question clear and concisely, and make sure I was 100% comfortably with the process. The thing that I am most grateful for is his balanced approach - it’s clear that he truly understands the vulnerability that come with the decision of filing but that’s met with a calm that speaks volumes about his knowledge of the process and the outcome. Tom is amazing he was extreamely patient and answered all of our questions explaining everything very thorough. He was always available via email text or phone call.
