I first contacted him for an over the phone consultation on a Sunday because I needed a lawyer by Monday morning. I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 2 hours. He is very professional and diligent in his work. He always answers all my questions diligently to the point where I completely understood all the process that we had to go through. I've been introduced to Ibraham Dbouk some time ago and I was sure I would never need lawyer services, but this time was very different from your average situations. I called ibraham Dbouk late evening, hoping to leave a voice mail, and wait for his call back, but after 3 rings he replied and professionally asked to give him run down on the situation. You can clearly see his passion for the job from the start. After few minutes talking with him I realized , this is it! From our fried conversation I felt compassion, willingness to listen and understand. My case was very serious that involves 2 DUI, evading police, property damage and a 3 car collision plus how I realized later on, I was still on probation from my first DUI.
