We used Lawrence and Jason to handle our case from day one. They have been helpful and very easy to work with, the immigration process has been very easy, these guys took care of everything. We were struggling financially and even then they were willing to work with us and help us with our immigration case. I am now planning to apply for my mother and we will definitely be using there services again.

When it comes to medical negligence malpractice suits, it is critical to find an excellent attorney to litigate your case. CA tort law has placed extremely strict limitations of the statute of limitations - 12 months- even in cases of extreme injury and death, regardless of how valid the claim is, or how long does it takes for the plaintiff to discover that the doctor was liable. Given this, it is incredibly important to find an experienced attorney, with a vast knowledge of the law to get the best chance at justice. Mr. Collins is all of this, and more. He was willing to litigate a complex and demanding case against one of the most difficult HMO's - Kaiser Permanente, and he did so with great skill, honesty and an excellent understanding of the law and the science behind our claim. His staff was superb in investigating and quickly communicating with us when it was needed, which was often given the complexity of the case. Above all, I cannot speak enough of Mr. Collins qualities, not only as an attorney, but as a human being. In a field in which so many try to take advantage of an extremely unfortunate and life-changing situation, Mr. Collins honesty, professionalism and excellent litigation skills were unparalleled. We have been fortunate to have such man on our side.

My husband and I hired the Law Office of Lawrence Gruner Inc. to assist us through the green card application process. Being completely new to the process, we really had no idea what to expect but both Lawrence and Jason answered all of our questions and eased all of our worries. Our phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely manner and all advice that was given was spot on. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing an immigration attorney.

Mr Gruner and his associates are true life savers! They are knowledgable, reliable, friendly and thorough. Any question, comment or concern will recieve a timely response. With the hustle and bustle of daily life, there wasn't any time for me to attempt to complete any immigration application forms for my then fiance, who is from the Dominican Republic and #TEAMGRUNER saved the day! Their prompt service and continuous availabilty made my husband's approval process a breeze, only 5 months. Because of their quick pace and dedication, my husband and I were alloted the duration to focus on bigger and better adventures aka OUR WEDDING DAY. Update: Due to my happy ending, I referred a friend and their approval notice was processed and mailed after a short 3 month timeframe! #TEAMGRUNER IS THE BEST IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY

We first used Lawrence Gruner and Jason Marachi for my then fiance's K1 visa. They were always readily available to answer any questions and were very knowledgeable about the current immigration laws and processes. We really loved both Lawrence and Jason because they stayed on top and followed our case as it went through USCIS. They gave personal attention to our case, which definitely put us at ease, especially since we are not locals of Sacramento. They always had great communication, whether it be by phone or email. We thought they did such an outstanding job with the K1 Visa that we returned back to them when we applied for an Adjustment of Status (Green Card) for my now husband. In the future, we will definitely give our business back to Lawrence and Jason. They are among the elite in their field.

Having been involved in an extremely serious traffic accident, I found myself hospitalized for three months and in residential rehabilitation for three more. Throughout my ordeal, Mosely and his very competent staff were there. They took care of business and kept me advised. They succeeded in securing a very acceptable settlement. I know that I would been unable to realize that settlement without good competent counsel. Mosely Collins did a fine job.

Now in days is not challenging to find a personal injury attorney but it is very difficult challenge to find an attorney who will respect and care about the needs of each client. My husband and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Valentine’s Day of 2013 and we were very fortunate to have found Moseley C. Collins as our personal injury attorney. Moseley and his professional staff were quick on giving us an update on the status of our case and they always took the time to listen and reduced our worries. Moseley Collins is a very knowledgeable attorney and wasted no time in settling my case. The Law Offices of Moseley Collins exceeded my expectations and I would highly encourage anyone that is going through a difficult situation to call his office. Don’t just hire an attorney, hire an attorney that cares.

Moseley Collins represented me for a motor vehicle collision that I was involved in when I was 15. My experience with this firm was great. The staff was very kind and they were always willing to answer any questions my family and I had. Towards the end of the case I had to stand before a judge and answer some questions about how I was doing since the accident. I was incredibly nervous and Mr. Collins was very reassuring and encouraging during this time. Mr. Collins worked hard to get me a fair settlement from the insurance company. The settlement eventually helped fund the semester I spent studying abroad during college. I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Moseley Collins and his law firm.

I spoke with the receptionist who gave her sympathetic platitudes and then told me the firm is too busy to take this case it has to be catastrophic. I asked her why she didn't let me know prior to answering all of her questions and giving her all of the information about my potential case. (I was called back from this law firm after I completed a online case screening paragraph) She said, " she was doing me a courtesy". Please refrain from the courtesy. I think everyone should know your law firm case decisions are decided by your receptionist and if your loved one is not dead then your not interested. Its so much easier to get money with a wrongful death and any law firm can get a big settlement. What false advertising you do on your website.

Mr. Jasmine is a well respected attorney in the labor/employment industry. I contacted his office and spent a lot of time gathering documents and meeting with staff regarding an issue with my employer which is a government agency. It was recommended that I first utilize the department's internal investigation, DFEH (state) and EEOC (federal) processes first and then contact their office once the other steps were complete. After more than seven months and no results from the government processes, I contacted his office (as recommended) but was told that they would no longer help me and my case. His firm represents several state unions and with a new governor comes new political appointments. The unions lobby ($$$) very strongly as to who they want appointed to the high level positions within state agencies. I strongly believe politics played a huge roll in Mr. Jasmine no longer wanting to represent me. So as long as you're not going up against someone their unions put in office, you might get help. It must be true, you can't fight City Hall.
