Joseph helped me with a somewhat complicated case for a car accident I was involved in. The complicated part was that the other party attempted to lie and deny liability. When I hired Joseph, I was already really upset and frustrated about the entire situation & the opposing parties insurance was ready to deny liability. The opposing insurance eventually believed the other party & denied liability. That’s where the adventure began. Joseph was very honest with me and told me it would be a huge challenge to get the opposing insurance to change their mind and take liability, well I was up for the challenge and he was ready to help throughout the entire process. He gave me some homework on what we needed to do and he took care of his homework on his end. After a long battle, we were able to find a witness & get a report from CHP to eventually get the decision changed to the opposing insurance taking liability since it was their clients fault and he was dishonest. It was a long and stressful journey, but with Josephs help we definitely worked great as a team and took care of it! I cannot thank him enough for everything he did. He also made the rest of the process extremely easy after the opposing insurance took liability. Will be bugging him again if anything ever comes up in the future! (Hopefully not)

Joseph did great work for me. He was never too busy to answer a phone call or to answer an email. He is very thorough and knows the ins and outs of personal injury cases, and even work comp ones. I would definitely have Joseph as my attorney if any other need arises! Thank you Joseph!!
