I was injured pretty badly in a car accident and ended up needing shoulder surgery and months of rehab. As an attorney myself, I know the value of solid legal representation. I also know the value of trusting a small dedicated group of lawyers over flashy big firms. The first time I met Tim was a few weeks after my surgery when he came to the house and spent an hour getting to know me. Tim and Brian and their whole staff were an amazing support system during a tough time in my life. They kept me informed of the process, they constantly went to bat on my behalf, and they were open and honest about the risk and rewards relative to litigation. At the same time, I felt that they truly cared about me and my family. I would highly recommend Brian and Tim and their law firm for any litigation needs.

I was referred to Daniel Martin, but I didn't think we would use them, we just had questions. Truthfully I didn't have any idea how to deal with this type of situation so I chose to hire Daniel and I'm glad I did. Daniel guided us through a process that was completely foreign to us. We did not have the time nor the knowledge to fully understand how to handle the paperwork, our rights, and the court process. Daniel was patient, non-judgmental, and understanding. The Gonzales Law Firm does not meet professional standards. The attorney demonstrates a lack of respect for clients and fails to provide satisfactory legal representation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend utilizing his services, as the quality of his work appears to be subpar and lacking diligence.

Although I didn't hire them. Dan Tenenbaum took the time to call me back to explain other options and what I could do. He could have simply ignored my message knowing it's not match for his firm's services. If Dan is willing to spend time to help a stranger at a time like this it's a sign of good person. Highly recommend working for them if you fall into a sitatuion where you need such services.
