Before 2022, I had never been involved in litigation of any sort. On December 26, 2021, that changed. I was hit by a reckless driver while walking the dog. and incurred both physical and cognitive impairment. I sought out and retained the services of the law office of Brian Turner. Timothy Kuzelka handled my case. Tim was very efficient, thorough, and supportive when gathering all facts pertaining to the accident as was his legal assistant, Jolena Liang. Tim always kept me appraised of all matters pertaining to my case through phone calls, texts, and emails. I felt the settlement was fair and handled in a timely manner. My association with the Law Firm of Brian Turner, began with a referral from a neighbor. My case, a complicated dog bite incident, was addressed with every bit of professionalism I expected in an attorney. My high expectations for attorney representation stem from my experience working for a highly respected Los Angeles personal injury law firm many years ago. Tim Kuzelka represented this firm with the qualities inherent with good representation- he was courteous, conscientious, informative, and honest as he collected background information, reviewed medical records, interviewed witnesses and consulted with experts. Later, Brian represented those same qualities of care and professionalism as I was deposed. Beyond being the quality attorneys I expected, both Tim and Brian took a personal interest in my well being by asking how I was doing throughout my case and during our frequent contacts (telephone and zoom conversations, emails, texts and personal meetings). I should also add that Jolena Liang, their legal assistant, was most efficient and always a pleasure when communicating with me. My case was settled beyond my expectations. I highly recommend both Tim and Brian as they reflect the legal profession as it should be seen - a profession with integrity.

Can’t recommend them enough. I was issued a citation for going 120 in a 70 and figured I was pretty much toast. Robert was able to be open and honest about the potential outcomes until my court date. My court date came and went and got an email saying my case was dismissed. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for an attorney Hendrick Crowell is your man! I was charged with a DUI and needed someone I could have a fighting chance with. He was straight up and honest with me from the beginning with my case. He allowed me to make payments which helped out tremendously!
