My husband and I hired the Law Office of Lawrence Gruner Inc. to assist us through the green card application process. Being completely new to the process, we really had no idea what to expect but both Lawrence and Jason answered all of our questions and eased all of our worries. A family friend who is a bail bondsman referred Justin to me on my DV charge. I was looking at some jail time and probation. We first used Lawrence Gruner and Jason Marachi for my then fiance's K1 visa. They were always readily available to answer any questions and were very knowledgeable about the current immigration laws and processes. We really loved both Lawrence and Jason because they stayed on top and followed our case as it went through USCIS. They gave personal attention to our case, which definitely put us at ease, especially since we are not locals of Sacramento. They always had great communication, whether it be by phone or email. We thought they did such an outstanding job with the K1 Visa that we returned back to them when we applied for an Adjustment of Status (Green Card) for my now husband. In the future, we will definitely give our business back to Lawrence and Jason. They are among the elite in their field.

Justin handled my DUI case and, while it was a hung jury, it was still 9-3 not guilty. So I count that as a victory outright. He tore the arresting sheriff a new one for failing to follow proper procedure and arresting me with nothing but circumstantial evidence. Basically, this cop tried to screw me and got burnt by Justin's thorough cross examination. It was the coolest thing I've ever seen. I couldn't recommend Justin enough. He kept me confident throughout the trial all the way to the end.

Justin Barrell picked up the mess that my previous attorney left me with and handled my reckless driving case better than I could have hoped. Justin stuck by me and knew I wasn't guilty, and he didn't back down when the DA offered me a bogus "deal" which was hardly a deal at all. Justin completely rocked trial, demonstrating thorough knowledge of court procedures and the CA Vehicle Code, and convinced all twelve jurors beyond a reasonable doubt that I was not guilty. I think his good fashion sense might have helped with some of the ladies too, but he really took my case very seriously and was extremely professional both in and out of the court room. I would also like to thank Justin's firm, Crowell Law Office for understanding my situation, sticking by me when it seemed like the odds were stacked against me, and being extremely flexible with me in many ways. Justin is such an amazing lawyer ! He not only put all of his effort into my boyfriend's case , but also put his heart into as if he was in my boyfriend's shoes . He kept me totally and completely informed throughout the whole 14 months on almost a daily basis . Any questions we had , he was quick to answer and NEVER hesitated on giving us his complete and total honesty ! We now look at him as not only our lawyer , but our friend .
