Every other 1 star rating I see is the same reason for my rating for this attorney, he is only interested if the case will be big enough for his time.. Even if theirs a couple claims or even one he can take he prefers it to be worth a lot more. He immediately blocked my phone number after telling me a certain claim wouldn’t be able to go through yet there was others like retaliation and unlawful determination. I closed out my previous pre litigation attorneys to go thru Falakasa for litigation, all just to regret ever had doing so horrible attitude and can sense his hunger of greed… definitely don’t waste your time on this law firm.

Tagging along another review here - I also reached out, sent out paperwork and never heard back until I actually pushed them. Had to follow up 3+ times for to get the update to finally find out that the case was rejected.

Reached out, sent paystubs and never heard back. A simple email would've worked but terrible when your going through being treated unfair and for a law office to ignore you. I didn't want to send stubs and now feel like I sent them for no reason. Really wish I hadn't sent them then I would've feel so bad. Hopefully they will delete, destroy them. But I can only pray.

It's been two months since I signed paperwork and haven't heard anything from Falakassa Law. No response to my emails or phone calls. I feel like I have been scammed. Beware.

I approached Joshua after i was fired from one of my jobs. I was stunned when i was first fired but the days after i slowly started to consider if it was because they had done something wrong to me. I researched employment law and decided i wanted to investigate weather i had been illegally retaliated against by my employer or not. I approached Josh's group after a string of lawyers turned me down. They agreed to take on my case, and Josh handled everything. Josh was a very skilled no-nonsense attorney. He confirmed if i really suspected that i was wrongully terminated. I said yes, after reviewing everything that happened leading up to my termination i believed i was. Josh did every step of the process in a calculated and calm fashion, even after we received disparaging letters back to response to our demand letter, meant to break me down and make us feel like the claim was wrothless should we take it to court. Josh has a level of skill that i dont see how any other lawyer could ever get. He saw through every single trick from my ex employers lawyers, meant to mentally tear down our case and make us abandon it. After only one year, Josh settled the case for a tremendous amount more than i thought we would get. His professionalism and ability exceeded expectations. There was some evidence to tear down our claim, but despite that, Josh got the amount he said i deserved because I was wrongfully terminated, and i was owed compensation. He also helped me with a case when i was hit by a car, and everything is going smoothly just as the last case. Seriously the best attorney i have ever met and am thankful i found him. He fought for me until i got compensated. His skill and professionalism made the process incredibly smooth and i will always be going to Josh in the future.

To everyone who needs help and wants a good law team! I'm a disabled Veteran in Ca. was terminated w/o reason and fighting an eviction all at the same time.
