We hired Mr. Martinez for my friend Steven F. He was being accused of something that he did not do.He was facing years and years in state prison. Previous attorneys advised us to just take the offer and go to prison. NOT MR. Martinez, he worked with Stevens family and myself to show the DA that he had the wrong person.IT WORKED !!!!! CASE DISMISSED !!!! Steven was looking at 17 years in state prison. Steven had already done six state prison terms, it took effort and strategy to prove his innocence in that court room . My family and I hired Mr. Martinez, because my ex girlfriend claimed false statements against me for domestic violence. The case went on for a whole year and while I waited in jail none of the public defenders would take my case seriously and we're insisting that I took a deal. I was frustrated and sad because I was a innocent person sitting in jail being accused of false accusations!
