Byron handled a situation involving way overzealous police and a very aggressive DA's office, an office which seems to have completely lost sight of the fact that they work for the people, not the police. With a conservative DA's office refusing to recognize the absurdity of the situation and admit a mistake was made, choosing to side with the officers who clearly made a mistake, Byron patiently stuck with us for well over a year working through the process and clear up this mess. Even in the face of a judge, warning us during our day in court, "these kinds of motions are rarely, as in almost never granted", Byron got it done and we got our motion granted and record expunged. I certainly have a more skeptical view of the police and DA's office after this, and one thing we learned for sure, don't roll over and let the system push you around.
